We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accounting Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in full cycle accounting, including manual journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, new vendor setup, business registration filing, Excel skills, internal and external audits, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare manual journal entries according to US GAAP
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Prepare intercompany reconciliations
- New vendors setup
- Business registration filing
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Full cycle accounting experience
- AXAPTA ERP knowledge preferred
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
