We're seeking a skilled Automotive Restoration Specialist to join our team at The Boyd Group. As an integral part of our collision repair services, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

About the Role

This position involves meticulous assessment and quality repair of each vehicle, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You'll work closely with our team to achieve repair facility KPIs while maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Assessment and Repair: Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore them to their original condition.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure consistent execution of our WOW Operating Way plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve repair facility goals and maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to read job orders, work with minimal supervision, and use various tools required for the trade.
