At StretchLab, we're seeking a highly skilled Mobility Specialist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional assisted stretching services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their wellness goals through customized mobility programs.

About the Role

As a Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches to clients, helping them increase their range of motion, reduce pain, and eliminate joint stiffness. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement customized mobility programs that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional assisted stretching services to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customized mobility programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their wellness goals.

Requirements

• Health/Wellness degree or current Fitness certification required.
• 1-2 years of experience in the health and wellness field, preferably in a boutique fitness environment.
• Ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends.
