Job Description

Bonfire Studios is seeking an experienced Environment Art Outsourcing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our environment art team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality environment art assets from external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal artists to ensure outsourced assets meet game requirements.
  • Communicate direction and feedback to outsourcing partners to ensure creative and quality goals are met.
  • Review and fix assets as needed.
  • Generate documentation and references to support external vendors.
  • Check the technical validity of art assets and provide feedback to vendors.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering quality content from various artistic disciplines.
  • Collaboration and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • Experience with 2D and 3D environment art assets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $148,600 - $236,133. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and equity to every new hire.
