**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Records Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and integrity of medical records. The successful candidate will maintain and operate various health record systems, scan records into our electronic medical record (EMR) system, and review records for completeness and compliance with regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the quality and completeness of medical records.
  • Maintain and operate health record indexes and storage systems.
  • Scan records into EMR according to department policy.
  • Review records for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Release information to authorized persons and agencies.
  • Audit clinical records for proper content and documentation standards.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous medical records experience preferred.

**What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
