About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Content Manager and Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company values.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a brand strategy that enhances our company image and reputation.
  • Manage and maintain our brand guidelines, including ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all published content meets our brand standards.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar that ensures timely and relevant content creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop written content that meets the intent and vision, with limited direction.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on content-related matters, including advice on best practices and options for documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Seven years of experience in content management, brand strategy, and marketing, three of which need to have been completed at a senior level or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of brand development, marketing strategies, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong time management, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to acquire and present technical information gathered through independent reading, interviews with subject matter experts, observation of tests and experiments, interpretation of diagrams, or other appropriate methods.
  • Ability to tailor writing and publications for a specific type of audience or technical area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and SharePoint).
  • A high attention to detail, self-starter, results-driven, and ability to follow through on details is essential.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.
