Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Job Description

In this role, you'll assist with apartment turnovers, general grounds maintenance, and completing thorough inspections of common areas. You'll also help with preventative maintenance programs and respond to work orders as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' general labor experience.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly without assistance.
  • Comfortable working in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
