LPN Night Shift Position for Passionate Caregivers

MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes and promoting overall well-being.
Job Responsibilities- Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
- Care Coordination: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Patient Education: Empower patients and families by educating them on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
