About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing compliance oversight and management of our Day Reporting Centers and In-Custody operations in Reentry Services and BI's ISAP facilities divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site contract compliance audits to determine adherence to contractual obligations and internal standards.
  • Provide audit reports to Contract Compliance management in a timely manner.
  • Determine appropriate guidance and support as needed in non-compliant areas.
  • Support divisional efforts to ensure corrective measures are in place to support full compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or public administration, management or similar discipline.
  • Five (5) years of experience in progressively responsible positions with a preference for contract compliance experience.
  • Working knowledge of contract legal requirements.
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to proofread and edit.
