Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Time Maintenance Make Ready Technician to join our team at United Apartment Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the physical integrity of the property at all times
  • Prepare apartment homes for new residents
  • Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff
  • Anticipate, identify, and correct any and all problems involving the property
  • Implement procedures to prevent problems and maintain a safe environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical
  • HVAC certification is a plus
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and professional appearance
  • Highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, and excellent service skills
