Production Operator - BoardRole & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
  • Operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet product and quality specifications.
  • Record production data and results accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
  • Be adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shiftwork, overtime, and weekend assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
  • Capacity to learn and operate plant equipment, as well as troubleshoot issues.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to take accurate measurements to verify product quality.
  • Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
