**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Educator/Supervisor to join our Pediatric Nursing Department. This key role plays a critical part in ensuring our nurses receive the highest-quality education and training, enabling them to deliver exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, two years of previous clinical education experience, and current California RN licensure. They will also be certified in PALS, NRP (if NICU), and ACLS (within 12 months of hire if working in the ED).

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive education programs, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our nursing practice and policies.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary range for this position is $94,510 - $132,350, considering factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
