Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at CHSGa, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant - Skilled Care Provider.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care to patients, including personal grooming and hygiene
Assist patients with daily care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
Take vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and respiration, and record information
Assist patients with meals and document intake of nourishment
Provide range of motion exercises and assist with transfers
Recognize and report signs/symptoms of abuse and/or change in condition

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia
