About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Client Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying opportunities to meet their needs, and providing solutions to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and goals
  • Identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs and provide solutions
  • Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window
  • Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products
  • Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies
  • Use technology, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell, to maximize effectiveness
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic thinker with a background in direct client contact, preferably in inside or outside sales. You should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
