Surgical Physician Assistant Opportunity

Nuvance Health Med Practice CT is seeking a full-time Surgical Physician Assistant to join our established and growing Surgical Advanced Practitioner Services program in Danbury, Connecticut.

This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice, offering a competitive compensation package, including allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses.

The ideal candidate will be a board certified physician assistant with previous DaVinci Robotic, surgical and/or patient management experience and/or surgical residency training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide surgical care to patients in the hospital and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of surgical services
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Surgical Advanced Practitioner Services program

Requirements:

  • Board certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Previous experience in surgical and/or patient management
  • DaVinci Robotic experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
