Key Responsibilities- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition, including skin, behavior, and alertness.
- Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells.
- Assist with continence management and dispose of all continence products properly.
- Serve and collect food trays, and report any meal refusals or loss of appetite.
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
- Practice good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
- Help residents maintain independence and promote dignity and physical safety.
- Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, guests, family members, and vendors.
- Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
