About the Position

The Relationship Banker at Telhio Credit Union will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, providing personalized financial solutions, and building strong relationships with our community. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
  • Provide members with information about products and services, and promote credit union offerings.
  • Assist members with account maintenance, including opening and closing accounts, and resolving disputes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet member needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
