Commercial Vehicle Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with commercial customers and providing them with exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate a High Hospitality Quotient: Show kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with customers and prospects via phone, email, or in-person, handling all incoming sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build Strong Rapport: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Maintain Customer Database: Capture repeat business by maintaining an ongoing customer database.
- Assist with Vehicle Selection: Help customers select the right vehicle, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories.
- Demonstrate Vehicles: Explain characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles, taking test drives and comparing competitive models.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, and close sales in accordance with company standards.
- Prospect Daily: Identify potential customers and engage with them to build relationships and drive sales.
- Attend Training: Participate in product and sales training as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Focus on Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction, maintaining a high CSI score and encouraging repeat and referral business.
- Time Management: Effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is required, with dealership experience preferred.
- Outgoing Personality: Possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Driver's License: Hold a clean and valid driver's license, with reliable transportation.
- Ongoing Training: Receive ongoing training and support to develop skills and knowledge.
