About the Role

This position involves manufacturing high-quality straps and assemblies, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in operating commercial sewing machines.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various commercial sewing machines with ease and accuracy.
  • Change needles, wind bobbins, and thread sewing machines efficiently.
  • Fold material to precise lengths using rulers and length guides.
  • Maintain accurate measurements as specified on production sheets when required.
  • Accurately count pieces manufactured per job.
  • Complete production logs with required information, including time spent and quantity produced.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report any discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds safely.
