About the Role
Rightway seeks a highly skilled Sales Training Director to spearhead the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive sales training programs. As a vital member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for elevating the sales skills and product knowledge of our sales executives. This role is crucial in ensuring our sales team is fully equipped to successfully sell Rightway's innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales training programs that integrate foundational sales techniques, advanced product knowledge, and client engagement strategies.
• Oversee the onboarding and continuous development of sales executives, providing new hires with necessary training and resources from day one.
• Foster a culture of professionalism and excellence within the sales team by mentoring and guiding team members.

Requirements
• Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs, particularly within the healthcare industry.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for education and a deep understanding of sales processes.
• Strong process orientation with demonstrated experience in managing cyclical training programs and driving operational excellence.
