AWS DevOps Engineer - Hybrid

About the Role:
Cognizant North America is seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer - Hybrid to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale cloud-based systems on AWS. Your expertise in containerization, orchestration, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based systems on AWS
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on AWS
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AWS services such as IAM, RDS, EC2, ECS, and CloudFormation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Shell, and Groovy
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
