Precision Mechanical Assembler

C/A Design, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join its team in Exeter, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and testing of complex aluminum chassis, utilizing internal drawings, shop travelers, and measuring tools. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies
• 100% inspection of work pieces for cosmetic appearance and obvious non-conformities
• Residual salt testing and leak testing
• Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration
• Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening
• Chemical cleaning of components
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment
• Ability to follow safety regulations and take directions
