Maintenance Technician I

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production of our vacation club resort locations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
- Perform service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, and carpentry work.
- Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
- Clean and maintain outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
- Clean and inspect in-building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
- Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
- Basic handyman skills.

Compensation for this role generally starts at $21.00 per hour, with the actual hourly rate set based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
