Job Description:
Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient Professionals at Loma Linda University Medical Center are responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) and minimum one year experience. The ideal candidate will have basic competencies in clinical nursing, apply theoretical concepts to practice, and continually expand their knowledge base and clinical skills. They must also exhibit professional behavior, work calmly under pressure, and respond courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) in accordance with LLUMC's established Professional Practice Model.
* Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
* Meet qualifications, licensure, certifications, and competencies as defined in the unit/department-specific Plan for Providing Care.
* Contribute to a work environment of caring and cooperation among a culturally diverse workforce and patient population.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Minimum one year experience required. New hires are eligible to be promoted into the CN-C classification when criteria outlined in the Clinical Nurse Ladder handbook and job specifications outlined in CN-C job description are met. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
