Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $38.14 - $54.54 per hour, reflecting our commitment to compensating our nurses fairly for their expertise and dedication.

Job Description

The Vail Float Pool RN is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring telemetry and/or medical surgical care. As a Super Pool RN, you will serve as the primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

You will oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. Your strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse and BLS – Healthcare provider certification
  • 2 years of experience in acute care, preferably in critical care, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
