Job Description:

As a Global Aerospace Aftermarket Marketing Manager at 3M, you will drive product activation and sales growth in the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) segment via impactful product campaigns, channel marketing strategies, market insights, and customer collaboration.

This role involves working closely with sales teams, product managers, enterprise customer operations, and selected partners to drive sales and pipeline building aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creation of targeted campaigns and product positioning to maximize impact in the MRO segment
  • Global ownership of Channel Partner Programs for Aerospace MRO, including selection and stratification of channel partners and engagement mapping between partners and 3M sales reps
  • Capture and use insights (market, direct sales, POS, partner objectives) to drive efficient growth by developing programs/content for the segment
  • Develops marketing programs, tools, support materials, and performance targets delivered within a calendar year
  • Provide relevant analytical insights to portfolio and segment marketers related to buying patterns and portfolio gaps

Ensures brand standards and quality/compliance requirements are followed with all teams, divisions, and channel partners.
