NC Lathe Machinist Position

Arkwin Industries is seeking a skilled NC Lathe Machinist to support the production of hydraulic and fuel system components for the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate NC Lathes to produce high-precision components
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards
- Change tools and inserts as needed to maintain efficiency
- Fill out inspection check sheets for each job
- Read and interpret blueprints and understand NC programs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and operation sheets
- Proficiency in NC controls including OSP, Fanuc, and Mori Seiki
Working Conditions:
- High noise levels from operating machines
- Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts
- Breathing fumes, dust, and mist
- Skin exposure to oils and cutting fluid
