We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to join our team at Epic HR, LLC. This is a full-time position in Lancaster, CA, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Job

This role involves designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies, reviewing and recommending job descriptions and specifications, and performing job analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, knowledge of general principles of recruiting, and experience in managing applicant databases and tracking systems.

They should also possess excellent communication skills, unbiased judgment, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, they should be able to pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Confer with management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Review and recommend updates to job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • SOURCE AND RECRUIT CANDIDATES BY USING DATABASES, SOCIAL MEDIA, JOB BOARDS, ETC.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • CONDUCT INTERVIEWS USING VARIOUS RELIABLE RECRUITING TOOLS/METHODS TO SCREEN CANDIDATES.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
  • BRIEF AND DEBRIEF CANDIDATES BEFORE AND AFTER INTERVIEWS.
  • Verify reference, conduct background check, facilitate drug screen and pre-employment testing.
  • Act as a point of contact and manage all communication with associates.
  • EXTEND OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT WITHIN COMPANY PROCEDURES.
  • Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.
  • On-board new associates.
  • Maintain accurate and current applicant database.
