As a Security Officer at Allied Universal, you will be part of a team that prioritizes the safety and security of our clients' facilities. You will serve as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, detecting and reporting suspicious activities, unsafe conditions, or criminal acts at or near your assigned posts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of clients' facilities, protecting people, property, and assets from harm.
  • Act as a visible presence to deter crime and client rule infractions, promoting a safe and secure environment.
  • Detect and report suspicious activities, unsafe conditions, or criminal acts at or near your assigned posts.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and law enforcement agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are essential for dealing with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws, and may be required prior to employment.
  • For driving positions, you must have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
