Job Summary

The Medical Contact Center Agent is responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing general information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient calls and emails in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Schedule appointments and procedures with our healthcare providers
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our services and policies
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, customer service)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
