About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Eagle Fence Distributing, LLC. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Office Operations: Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers. Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Travel and Logistics: Deliver messages and run errands. Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services. Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers or typewriters. Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred and related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing and able to operate a motor vehicle and pass a company drug screen.
