We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in quality management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical performance improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with healthcare teams to implement evidence-based practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to make a meaningful impact on patient care. You will work closely with our Quality Director and Process Improvement Teams to develop and implement strategies that drive continuous quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of licensure, regulations, and Joint Commission standards, as well as experience working with spreadsheets and databases. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two years of clinical experience in an acute care setting are required.
