About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Asante. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide expert care to patients with a variety of conditions, including dysphagia, stroke, neurodegenerative disorders, and voice disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide weekend and holiday services to hospital patients on a rotating schedule
  • Participate in training and education to stay current with best practices and research-supported interventions
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an SLP program or equivalent
  • SLP licensure in Oregon or temporary SLP license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certification by American Heart Association
  • Preferred certifications: CCC, Speak Out Provider Credential, MBCImP, LSVT Loud, VitalStim/DINES Certification
