**Job Overview:**

The Cloud Data Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing data-focused, cloud-native software solutions for various clients. Working within the framework of our Agile product development process, this individual will adapt approaches based on client norms and feedback. With a focus on delivering innovative solutions, the ideal candidate will provide crucial input to architectural and software designs, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

To achieve this, effective communication skills are essential, enabling effortless exchange of ideas and complex information between team members and client stakeholders alike. Additionally, proficiency in implementing data pipelines for enterprise applications and strong analytical, critical-thinking capabilities are required.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can contribute significantly to our architectural and software solutions, fostering strong relationships with clients, senior management, and staff while maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

As a Cloud Data Solutions Architect at Mindex, you'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data solutions. Your ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate complex technical issues will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data-focused, cloud-native software solutions for various clients.
  • Develop both technical and non-technical connections within one's team, across Mindex delivery teams, and with customer stakeholders.
  • Apply software development experience using analytics tools and/or programming languages (Python, R, Spark, Hadoop, etc.), databases (SQL and no-SQL), or data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Build, test, scale, and maintain Cloud-native data pipelines.
  • Contribute to the design, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale, critical, or complex data solutions, encompassing tasks such as data discovery, cleaning, model selection, validation, and deployment.

Experience with OLTP and OLAP databases, Redshift, DevOps tools like AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, or GitLab, infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform, serverless compute platforms like AWS Lambda and/or AWS Glue, and AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Q, Bedrock, and Sagemaker are also essential for this role.

**Requirements:**
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physical Science, Mathematics, or a related area preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of software development experience.

As a seasoned Cloud Data Solutions Architect at Mindex, you'll require excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to convey complex information effectively. Strong analysis, critical-thinking capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a focus on exceptional customer service are also necessary for success in this role.

Additionally, experience implementing data pipelines for enterprise applications and proficiency in working with various technologies, such as AWS services, databases, and data visualization tools, are highly valued. If you possess these qualities and are passionate about delivering innovative data solutions, we encourage you to apply.

At Mindex, we strive to create an inclusive environment that fosters growth and opportunities for our employees. As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, optional additional life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, flexible savings accounts, health savings accounts, and more.

Furthermore, you'll have access to our employee assistance program, adoption assistance, pet insurance discounts, tickets to local sporting events, team-building events, holiday parties, and other perks that promote a healthy work-life balance.

As for compensation, the salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive pay and benefits. However, actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
