Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals with severe and profound disabilities
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds in supporting persons
Benefits
Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour with premium pay for weekend hours
