About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Aon. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strategic relationships to drive business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business growth and retention targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on insurance solutions

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
