At Wilderness Territory, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resort Housekeeping Associate to join our team as a Villa and Cabin Houseman.

About the Job

This is a full-time hourly position, with an estimated salary of $15-$18 per hour based on your location and experience. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our villas and cabins are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Job Description
  • Conduct regular inventories and re-stock storage closets as required.
  • Assist Room Attendants with tasks such as stripping bed linen and removing trash.
  • Sort and transport dirty linen and terry, and deliver clean towels and linens as needed.
  • Maintain the houseman closet in a clean and organized state at all times.
  • Deliver items to rooms as requested by guests through the front desk.
  • Pick up and return items used by previous guests that are found in rooms or hallways.
  • Maintain floor clear of trash and dirty lines and towels, and wipe spills as needed.
  • Use chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and effectively.
  • Report hazardous conditions in the work area or equipment to management.
Requirements
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • You must have good attendance and punctuality records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should be able to lift 50 pounds or more with assistance.
  • Closing vision is required for this role.
