Job Summary

As a Rooftop Host at Marriott, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.44 to $21.60 per hour and offers health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
