Salary: The anticipated salary for this position is between $86,250 - $143,750 per year, depending on geography, experience, and expertise. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
Job Description:
This senior-level position offers a unique opportunity to manage complex accounts and real estate portfolios effectively. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating long-term strategic relationships with clients, analyzing carrier quotes and coverage offerings, negotiating terms with carriers, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with carriers to ensure the best possible terms for clients.
- Manage account renewals and policy changes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing Excel skills to analyze data and provide insights.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related experience in the real estate insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Broker's license required, which can be obtained during the onboarding period.
- Previous supervisory, training, and/or mentoring experience desirable.
