About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Selling and Support Captain at Macy's Riverchase Galleria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting a positive store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Lead colleagues in the execution of sales and customer service initiatives
  • Role model and promote Macy's values, including diversity, inclusion, and respect
  • Meet with People Leaders to plan and monitor store activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures, including accessing the alarm system and settling the registers

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
