Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Possess a passion for food and beverage excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture while prioritizing workloads and tasks.
  • Uphold quality standards by consistently adhering to defined protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to adapt to ongoing changes and priorities.
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of products served.
  • Complete chef preparation tasks.
  • Support kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Fulfill responsibilities on stations to maintain service standards.
  • Perform ordering to ensure prep efficiency and achieve food cost budget.
  • Assist cooks with station setup and breakdown.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for cooks.
  • Schedule staff to meet labor budget and protect guest experience consistency.
  • Maintain restaurant standards for quality and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations.
  • Maintain equipment.
