Job Summary

As an Executive Chef at Marriott, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food-related functions are executed with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise in culinary arts will be showcased through the creation of innovative menus and the development of new recipes. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that the kitchen is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the culinary team to ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and implement new menus and recipes to ensure that our guests have a unique and memorable dining experience.
Manage the kitchen budget to ensure that all expenses are within budget.
Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Requirements

4 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
