We offer an attractive salary for our full-time K-12 Speech Language Pathologist position, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a School Speech Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you will work with students aged K-12th grade, providing individualized speech therapy sessions to help them overcome communication challenges. Your duties will include:

  • Evaluating student speech and language abilities to identify areas of need
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to address communication difficulties
  • Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy into the classroom
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state required
  • At least 1+ year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including experience with standardized testing
