Paralegal Specialist

Vaco is engaged by a client in the Dothan legal industry to find a Paralegal Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and defense, which is a plus. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Managing attorneys' schedules and making timely arrangements.
• Preparing important legal documents.
• Celebrating meetings and depositions with clients.
• Filing electronic court documents in Federal and State Courts.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficient computer skills. You should also be able to work independently and multitask under pressure.

• Be proactive and highly professional.
• Have a positive attitude and be able to work well with clients and staff.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the legal field.
