**About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized individual to serve as a Transportation Dispatcher at The Throne Depot. In this role, you will handle/field incoming calls and e-mails from customer service and sales department; manages requests for all pick-up or delivery on any equipment movement within the service area.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiates communication to customers while drivers are on-site/location. Resolving delivery, pickup, and service issues delaying the service process.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in dispatching emergency services, logistics, waste or transportation field.

**Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
