At Marsh & McLennan Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Program Director to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative compensation programs for our employees.
This role is part of our Compensation Centre of Expertise (CoE) and will work closely with our leadership team to design and deliver programs that align with our business objectives.
About the Role
The Compensation Program Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies that support our business goals
- Designing and delivering innovative compensation programs that engage and motivate our employees
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with our business objectives
- Providing expert advice and guidance on compensation matters to our leadership team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in designing and implementing global compensation programs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
