  • Use practical judgment for initial triage and accurately register patients for care, collecting vital demographic information, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting applicable co-payments.
  • Support the initial rooming of patients and assist with front desk reception administrative tasks.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including day and evening shifts, and every other weekend, with occasional travel to other Urgency Room locations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
