Soccer Shots Syracuse Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Soccer Shots Syracuse. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy, creative, and fun 45-minute sessions for children aged 2-7 years old.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive soccer sessions using our provided curriculum.
  • Instruct 5-10 sessions per week, with the possibility of more for the right candidate.
  • Submit availability three weeks prior to the start of a season.
  • Commit to a 10-week season once the schedule is set.
  • Travel to assigned locations weekly, with site-to-site travel possible.
  • Provide a safe and caring environment for every child.
  • Maintain organized and clean soccer equipment.
  • Submit weekly attendance and invoices online.
  • Nominate a Standout Player per season.
  • Attend coaches' training days and mid-season meetings.
  • Complete our comprehensive training program within 2 weeks of hire.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for working with young children.
  • Availability Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Soccer experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Subject to a background check and other clearance requirements.
Compensation:
  • Pay is per session coached, with rates ranging from $18 to $25 per session.
