Music Instructor

Learn Now Music, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Music Specialist.

This role involves working closely with team members across various departments, handling administrative tasks, and providing support for lessons, groups, and camps.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team members across all departments
• Administrative duties as necessary
• Support for lessons, groups, and camps
• Staff training and oversight
• Customer service
• Shipping and receiving instruments and materials
• Pickups and deliveries of instruments and materials
• Observe teachers and additional staff onsite
• Maintain consistent and reliable personal transportation

Requirements:

• Previous office work experience
• Experience working with students in a classroom or camp environment
• Ability to supervise and work with team members across all departments
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Additional Skills:

• Experience in the education field
• Experience with music and/or musical instruments
• Experience supervising staff

Work Schedule:

Mondays - Fridays, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (times may vary and include occasional weekends)
