Job DescriptionThe Aquatic Sales Specialist is a key member of the sales team, responsible for increasing customer confidence and loyalty by providing exceptional service, consistent operating conditions, and a friendly atmosphere. The successful candidate will be able to greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner. Key responsibilities include offering product suggestions, stocking and rotating department products to ensure freshness and date control, and operating department equipment and tools. The candidate must also maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, report faulty equipment and hazards to management, and notify management of any potential issues such as team member theft, customer shoplifting, or unauthorized mark-downs.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a strong ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently, as well as a good understanding of English instructions. The candidate must also be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. A high standard of integrity and reliability is highly preferred. In terms of required behaviors, the candidate must demonstrate a commitment to the company's values, unify and motivate the team through praise and recognition, and consistently treat others with respect and dignity. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
